- Infrastructure: Be patient with the shire
- Remember: when footpaths were built scooters did not exist
Rules when using a scooter
- Must display a flag
- Scooters come under the same laws as pedestrians
- 10 kmh or less on the footpath
- Always look ahead.Beware and take care
- Only carry the one key reqired to start the scooter
- Do not weigh bare on the key ignition as this will cause damage
Scooter Tit Bits
- Scooter transport is supported by the Police
- Tyre Pressure - should be inflated between 28-36 psi
- Practice makes perfect

Blue Light is a non profit community organisation , better know as the Blue Light Disco
We have reinvented ourselves and teamed up with the Gannawarra Neighbourhood House
